SWIMMING NUTRITION PRESENTATION

Andrew Shepherd ( Ex Swimmer at Sheffield Swim Squad), now Applied Sports Nutritionist ( Nutritionist to Rebecca Turner, selected for London 2012) to give a presentation to Age 3, Age 2, Age 1, Senior Development, Club Squad and National on Friday 25 May 2012 ( start time of 6.15) at Ennerdale.

As this presentation will be taking place utilising microphone, with swimmers and parents being in the seating area, the swim sessions for National Squad will be cancelled and there will be no swimming in the large pool until approx 7.30.

All swimmers in Age 1,2 & 3 please see your Coach/Squad Manager regarding your restricted swim session on this day.

Please note that parents and swimmers will respectfully be expected to attend. This is being put in place for the benefit of us all.
